The room at Lakeshore Hotel Yilan was cozy and comfortable, making me feel at home. I absolutely loved the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It was so convenient! Having air conditioning in the room was a savior during the hot summer days. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided great entertainment options. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the bidet in the room.

Spent a fantastic New Year’s Eve with my family at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s design was impressive, and the room was cozy, spacious and had a unique feature of orange night indicators which was comfortable for our sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of choices. We enjoyed the green areas around the hotel where we could take walks in the morning and breathe fresh air. The rooftop area was perfect for taking pictures and enjoying the breathtaking views.

The tissue box was not available to buy, and we had trouble with the room's cigarette smell when we first arrived. However, the staff quickly changed our room, and there was no problem afterward.

The hotel's surroundings were serene, allowing me to take a jog in one of the nearby green fields. the gym and swimming pool were just a short distance from the hotel, and they were cheap to access.

The only downside was that the hotel was located in a residential area, making it far from most amenities and restaurants. It would be best if you were driving to get around and explore all the options that Yilan has to offer.
